5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a 50% fee
  • No-shows may result in full or partial charges
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future booking

 

6. Payments

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, card, and other available payment methods
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

 

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic and beauty treatments:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds on services or products

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days, and we will aim to resolve the issue through adjustments or follow-up care
