1. Booking and Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or online booking system.
To secure your appointment, we may require a deposit or prepayment.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment.

8. Photography and Social Media
By visiting Kamila Aesthetic Clinic you consent to the possibility of your photos being taken during treatments for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated.

9. Liability
Kamila Aesthetic Clinic is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on our premises, except where it is caused by our negligence.
